Frequently Asked Questions
Can CAT Collective handle kitting and fulfillment?
Yes. CAT Collective manages custom assembly, branded packaging, global shipping, and fulfillment so the process is handled from start to finish.
Do you create and manage company stores?
Yes. CAT Collective can build, stock, and manage branded company stores designed to make ordering easier for your team or clients.
Can you create custom packaging for our merchandise or gifts?
Yes. Custom packaging can be designed as part of the overall brand experience, from branded boxes and tissue to gift bags and retail packaging.
Can you accommodate rush projects?
Sometimes. Rush timelines depend on the scope, products, production requirements, and delivery location. CAT Collective has handled expedited projects before and will always be upfront about what is realistically possible.
What is the minimum project size for CAT Collective?
We work best with clients who have an annual branded merchandise budget of $10,000 or more. That is the level at which we can build something with real strategy behind it, and deliver the quality and attention your brand deserves consistently over time.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary depending on the scope, complexity, and volume of the project, but most projects run between four and eight weeks from the initial conversation to delivery. Rush timelines are something we have navigated many times, and we will always be upfront about what is and is not possible within a given window. The earlier you bring us in, the better the outcome.
Do you work with companies outside of the United States?
Yes. We have a global sourcing network and have managed fulfillment programs across multiple countries and continents. Wherever your brand needs to show up, we can get it there.
Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?
Absolutely, and we prefer it. Your brand standards are the foundation everything is built on. We work within your guidelines from the very beginning of the process, and we hold our suppliers and designers to the same standard so nothing goes out into the world that does not represent your brand exactly as it should.
What types of companies do you typically work with?
Our clients are corporate marketing teams, executive assistants, hospitality brands, event producers, and luxury and lifestyle companies who hold their brand to a high standard and need their merchandise to match it. What they have in common is not their industry. It is their expectations, and the fact that they have been let down by generic before and are done settling for it.
